Return Policy

We know that buying children clothes from afar may not always be so simple. If a size does not fit, if you have received a gift you may not need and you wish to return, we will be happy to assist you. Just follow these simple steps:

1. Contact us by e-mail at irene@baroni-firenze.com stating your order number and the reason for your return within 14 days from the day the order has been delivered. Products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered and must have all the original labels attached and be in their original packaging. 

2. Let us know if you would like to receive a refund or if you wish to exchange for a different item. If the item is of a higher value, we will send you a link to complete the payment for the difference.

3. Pack your order, kindly adding a note with your order number inside the package, and please ship it to:

RETURN WITH REFUND

Please note that the cost for returning an item is € 10,00 and that shipping and custom duties are on you. Refund will be processed when the item will be received.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. In this case, the return shipping cost and custom duties are on you, whereas the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you is on us.

Returns will be processed between 3 and 5 working days from the time we receive the item.

We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit – it is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection.

 

CUSTOM-MADE ORDERS:

Our custom-made orders, including all custom embroidery personalizations and celebration collections are handmade in Italy and bespoke, made using specific measurements, fabrics, and colors for your child, and are therefore not refundable or exchangeable.

Please note that each item is unique and handmade and therefore each piece is one of a kind with little variations without affecting the overall design, style and look as shown on the picture, it is actually the beauty of ordering something that is truly custom made.
