Delivery Time

We are very fast in shipping your orders.

Depending on the time of arrival of the order we prepare and ship the order either the very same day or the following working day. 

Exceptions are made for all our products where in the description is specified a longer delivery time (for example for our celebration line). However, even for these cases if you have a more urgent need to recieve your order soon, you are welcome to contact us and we will try our best to help you.

Delivery time - Italy

• North and Central Italy: Delivery time is between 1-2 working days unless unforeseen events that we cannot predict occur.
• Southern Italy and the Islands: 2-3 working days unless unforeseen events that we cannot predict occur 

Delivery time - Europe

• Standard Shipping: 5 / 7 days unless unforeseen events that we cannot predict occur 
• Fast Shipping: 1 day unless unforeseen events that we cannot predict occur

Delivery time - Extra Eu

• Standard Shipping:  5-7 or more days unless unforeseen events that we cannot predict occur
